Can TC show target URL inside a shortcut?

I have some shortcuts on my windows desktop which point to a URL on the web. When I click one it launches my browser to show a particular page.

Can TC show the target URL contained inside such a shortcut?

Just view such files in TC Lister and you'll see something like this:

Hovering the mouse pointer over the file shows the URL at the tooltip too.

Unless you have a wlx plugin like HTMLView installed - then the link is opened like in a browser.

Only if you have enabled "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Display" -> "Help texts" -> "Comments from Explorer (OLE2)" - or a wdx plugin (like ShellDetails) is set up to show the info ("User-defined" [+] button)
