Tried this: http://marmouset.atspace.com/helptc/wcm-en11.htm#mainpwd but after entering Allowhook=0 and restarting TCMD it just starts normally and not like in the images: http://marmouset.atspace.com/helptc/pics04.htm#mainpwd

Allowhook=0 is only needed when some virus scanner or security software doesn't allow TC to show its master password dialog, which uses a keyboard hook to protect it from key loggers.
To change the master password, press Ctrl+F, and then click on "Encrypt".
