Hotkey for the function: "Open new tabs near current tab"

Hello,

As per title, I seek your help in creating a hotkey for the above mentioned function.

By default new tabs are set to be created at the end of the tab-bar but once in a while I would like them to open next to the current tab.

There is currently no command for this - only a setting for it.
