In previous versions, when bringing up the context menu (typically by right clicking on an empty spot), there is a sub-menu "New" for creating new files, which seems to be part of Windows own File Explorer. In 10.00b1a, however, this sub-menu is missing. Not sure if this is an intended change. I can still create a new file by Shift+F4, though. I'm using Windows 10 Build 21332.
