Separate Tree and Shared Folder

Hi,

I'm accessing a Windows shared folder over my network. In TC, I browse to \\<computer_name>\<folder_name> and it works of course.

But I'd like to "see" the dirs structure on the TC Separate Tree at the same time, just like when navigating on my local disk folders. Right now, while I browse to a shared folder like that, there is nothing selected on the Separate Tree.

Is it by-design?
Or is it a know issue?

The separate tree does support UNC paths too. But you need to have access to all parts of the path, e.g. when you access
\\computername\folder1\folder2\folder3 you need be able to see the contents of folder1, folder2 and folder3 to use the tree.

Alternatively, you can mount a network drive to the base directory you can see, so if you can't access folder1 but can access folder2, you need to create a network drive pointing to:
\\computername\folder1\folder2

Right now I can see shared folders for the computers in my Network in the separate tree - but could it be possible to also show Admin shares if turned on?
