[ß6] 'Change Buttonbar': Buttons to wide with 'AutoSizeDialogs' enabled

i welcome the wider dialog windows, but it still shows 9 buttons/items (with padding around them) in the "change buttonbar"-dialog.

i suggest a visible divider for empty buttons (the same way they are visible (|) in the regular view.

This list currently uses a fixed column count of 9 columns. I will check whether I can change that.
