Calling Disk Management from button bar

Can anyone please help with how to create a button bar to call Disk Management directly without having to go through My Computer | Manage | Disk Management each time? I think the DLL for the application is Windows\System32\dmdskres.dll but I don't know how to execute that from a button bar. Is it possible?
