[TC 10 b8] %E deletes the left part if there are no dots in the name

b7 will call a dialog with command line parameters 12 in the field.
b8 will delete ?1 and launch the console with output 2.

02.05.01 Fixed: Some parameters were not appended when empty, like %E (file extension). Instead, the command was truncated at that position (32/64)

Confirmed fixed in TC 10 b9
