I have this effect only in TC and in no other file manager or program.
I tried several cursor related settings but nothing helps.

I cannot reproduce this - can you reproduce it with a clean ini file?

i don't know why, but I'm getting messages from Windows to hide/show the current item when scrolling with the mouse. I don't think that there is anything I can do about it, sorry.
