You cannot suppress the tooltip - but enter a space in the Tooltip field - then the tooltip will be very small

Why not? There is no tooltip with standard delimeter.

I think, algorythm must fill this field for the first time, but show nothing if user clear tooltip's field at all.

Of course I dream of a firefox style's flexible delimiter, but this is only a dream

The algorihm for a blank Tooltip field is that it shows the description in wcmd_LNG.inc or totalcmd.inc for cm_commands (except for cm_wait), otherwise it shows the command in the "Command" field.
