[Fixed in b10][b9] N/A Custom Columns Show Dates

In beta 9, custom columns that are not applicable to certain files - for example, video duration and frame size for non-video files - show dates rather than empty/blank. Tested on WDX_MediaInfo 21.03 and TCMediaInfo 1.0.3. Please see screenshot here. It was OK in beta 8.

The same problem, is in a comment field. There isn't only the date, but various characters
