[TC 10 b9] Sync Dirs dialog additional keys delay

In the "Synchronize Directories" dialog, keyboard commands with additional keys Ctrl, Alt, Shift (for example, Ctrl+A) work with some delay. The additional key must be pre-pressed for some noticeable time, ~0,5-1 seconds.
Pressing Ctrl and A simultaneously gives no result. If you press Ctrl and A simultaneously several times in a row, the command is triggered only after 3 or 4 pressing.
Applies to all TC 10 betas, x32 and x64.

Ctrl-A works here without any need for a longer press.
I guess you may have some keyboard tools like Autohotkey running
which delay the execution under certain conditions.

No keyboard tools are installed.
In all other TC 10 dialogs, all other windows everything works as usual.
Also everything's OK in TC 9 with same wincmd.ini.
Checked at least on 2 systems with Win10 x64 (but with the same wincmd.ini).

Thanks for your report. It happens when you release the ctrl key a tiny moment before the character key.

The reason is the following:
06.04.21 Fixed: Synchronize dirs: Ignore key up events without corresponding key down events, e.g. when closing an editor/viewer with Alt+F4 and getting back focus (32/64)

In my added checks, the control key is no longer pressed, but Windows still assumes that it is. I will add a workaround.
