Bug?: Playing an album of MP3s from Google Drive

If I play an album of MP3s from a single local directory (or from a NAS) I can select all the tracks in an album, press F3 and the Lister will play all the selected files in order. If I do the same with a list of files in a single folder on Google Drive (connected using the Cloud plugin), the Lister will only play the first file then stop.

The MMedia plugin behaves the same.

Is this expected behaviour, or a bug?

F3 in plugins doesn't support multiple files, so it will always download the file under the cursor and open it in Lister. This is intentional, otherwise TC would have to download all selected files and then load them in Lister.

Are there any TC plugins that will play a folder of MP3s on Google Drive?

As far as I know there are no desktop apps for Windows that can do it. On my Android phone, CloudBeats can do it.

No, but you can install the Windows client for Google Drive, it would just mirror your Google Drive to a local folder.

I already do that with 128 GB of files (I have the 200Gb plan). At present my old laptop also has another 250Gb of MP3s and films on a 2Tb internal drive
However my new laptop only has 512Gb SSD, so I'm thinking of jumping to the 2Tb Google Drive plan and keep keeping all those media files in the cloud.
I think that when Google Drive Stream merges with Backup and Sync it will be possible.

I've found a useful way around this problem. I installed Raidrive (www.raidrive.com) which maps a Google Drive as a local drive. Lister (F3) works as it does with a true local drive i.e. will play selected MP3s in order.
