+ FILTER64\VSFilter.dll (from xyVSFilterSubFilter-pfmod-3.2.0.806.7z)
It can preview mp4 correctly by Ctrl+Q, but crash when preview .mov file.
TC just disappeared. No any warning.

No probem with mov here either. Probably a bad filter.
Does the mov have subtitles? Try removing the vsfilter.dll to check if it's the culprit.

Yes, the mov has subtitle.
And I have a test: delete the file FILTER64\VSFilter.dll, preview mov, TC worked fine!

Then you should try a different vsfilter, there are various. I have had good experience with the one coming with MPC-HC.
