I've just released this integration script that allows transferring files and directories between PCs with Total Commander (and Linux):

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

- Fixed a bug that was limiting the speed of the transfers.
- Added a progress bar on the sender side.
- Added a list of files being received on the receiver side.
