Question about merging folders

I have many folder, each one containing hundret files. I want to merge 10 folders so that each contains exactly 1000 files. Folders and files are numbered, so I think there's a clever way to use MRT, but how?

Select the ten folders you want to merge, enter branch view that enables you to see the content of the selected files, select all and copy/move to the destination folder.

This button will select the first 100 files from the current cursor position in the list:

To make the button:
1. Mark the text in the box here above (click SELECT ALL).
2. Copy it to the ClipBoard (press Ctrl+C).
3. Right click on TC's buttonbar and choose "Paste".
