Using new lister video filters

Hello

I've been using mmedia plugin for viewing a/v files in lister.
Now, i've downloaded the Lav filters as reccomended. But whenever I F3 on video file, it still shows it with mmedia plugin. I have to press 4 to switch to the new mode.
How do I change the order, so the built in mode comes first and the plugin after pressing 4?

I've put the mmedia last in the list of pluging, but that does nothing.

Is this plugin now completly replaced with new viewing mode and is obsolete? Should i uninstall it?

I've followed your guide there and solved the issue.

But if may I say, this workflow is all but intiutive.

This workflow isn't necessary at all !
Remove the mmedia plugin and configure the new player under
Configure / Operation / Edit/View / Configure Internal viewer / Player
There is a link for downloading the LAV codecs
but you only need them if your system doesn't have already some packages.
So try it first with "Use default system filters"
