How to make toolbar icons bigger?

Hello, I am on a 4k display with display scaling at 250%. Total Commander seems to be scaling properly for everything except toolbar icons. They remain small despite everything else looking normal.

I took a look at Configuration > Options > Icons, and set the icon sizes to the largest. This helped for all icons except the toolbar. Toolbar icons remain small.

I also tried applying different display scaling compatibility settings on the program shortcut. I tried Application mode, System mode, and System (enhanced) mode. They all were the same, so I turned it back off.
