Paste button menu item not available

My TCMD installation is now missing the "Paste" menu option for button bar context menu in any button bar I've tried this on.
The "Cut" option is also not working. Although present, the "cut" button doesn't disappear as they formerly did.

Have noted this on v10RC2, but it's also present in v9.51 (on whinch it has previously worked without issues).

Creating new buttons by Drag and drop and Deleting them works ok, though.

You must have a valid code for a button in the clipbord - otherwise the "Paste" option is not shown.

No such problem here.

Could spot the problem and it wasn't tcmd-related: Windows 10's clipboard service crashed/failed. It even did not restart after terminating/killing it. A reboot solved the issue.

Still a weird thing, though.
