TC main window size & position

When I start TC 9.51, it always opens in the maximized window.
How to define the customized window size (width & height) and position (top & left)?

Note: if I manually resize and position the TC window, the settings are not saved after closing TC.

After you have sized and positioned TC to your liking your use "Configuration" -> "Save Position" !

I also found that there are x, y, dx, dy settings in wincmd.ini.
