How to Automate zipping ,uploading and deleting!

Fairly new user of total commander
I have like 3-4tb of projects files which i want to zip(password protect) and upload.
My usual process goes like this
"Select file->zip(using 7z plugin)->rename file->upload file->delete the zipped file from harddisk->move to next file"
Is there a way to automate this process using scripts or plugins , i want to do it one file at time as i dont have space to store to many zipped files at a time(each file is around 4gb )

*I use the cloud plugin to upload
