Quick view panel video resize to fit panel

I have a lot of 4k videos which are randomly named i want to preview and rename the videos one by one , but when i open the Quick view panel the video is out of the bounds of the panel(i can only see the top corner) even when i press F in the quick view panel it does nothing.
I have no lister plugin installed and i s use klite code pack standard, tcm version 9.51,
if there is a better way to do this please suggest.

Please wait a few more days for the release of Total Commander 10.00. It has a new video player which automatically resizes the video.
