I'm sorry to inform you that the author of Ultra TC Editors ts4242 has passed away in November 2019. I was informed about it recently by one of his relatives, who also gave his consent to post this here. We are all very grateful for his work. May he rest in peace.

As a courtesy to ts4242 I have taken the liberty of updating the English.cedf data file with 149 new configuration keys, and several other updates, so it is now compatible with TC 10.00.
