How to sort only one folder by modify time all the time?

I have only one folder that will add new files frequently, I want to sort only this folder by modify time all the time, does not affect other folders.
Implementation maybe:

• add parameters for this folder only in ini file?

• add configure file into this folder?

• or others? I don't know.
