Maybe I don't understand the function "Syncronize Dirs" well enough, because I have problems finding dublicates of files in the same folder (with subfolders).
Example with the dublicate files (FileDub.gif) in folder(s):
C:\Temp1\FileDub.gif
C:\Temp1\Subdir1\FileDub.gif
C:\Temp1\Subdir2\FileDub.gif
I wish to find and delete either FileDub1.gif in the folder C:\Temp1 or folder C:\Temp1\Subdir1 or folder C:\Temp1\Subdir2.
My problem is that when both the left and right window has the same folder (C:\Temp1), and I'd like to syncronize them including subdirs to find the dublicates, then I get a warning that it is not possible. If I change one of the sides to the folder C:\Temp1\Subdir1, then it works, but then I have to do the same syncronization with the folder C:\Temp1\Subdir2:
C:\Temp1 vs C:\Temp1 (not possible)
C:\Temp1 vs C:\Temp1\\Subdir1 (possible, but 1st syncronization)
C:\Temp1 vs C:\Temp1\\Subdir2 (possible, but 2nd syncronization)
I hope you understand my problem. Am I doing things the right way or is there another way?

Synchronize dirs is aided to synchronize different dirs e.g. the Web folder of your homepage and the local mirror.
Or the folder on the desktop PC and the laptop.
