WiFi plugin creates .pending files

I'm trying to copy audio files from PC to Total Commander WiFi running on Android 11 smartphone. All files has copies as .pending-1627892713-originalfilename.mp3. I saw, that error like this was fixed in 3.20 beta 1, maybe WiFi plugin has such error too?

WiFi plugin 3.4
MIUI 12.5.1 based on Android 11

I can reproduce this problem with audio files and will try to find a solution.

Could you please try with the latest beta version?

You need to use the same Google account as for play store on the smartphone.

I had the same issue. Just tried the beta and the .pending files are no more.

I haven't tested much, except for uploading a few mp3 and m4a files, and also a folder with such files, all of which worked fine.
Do you want me to test anything in particular?

I've used the 3.5 beta (currently the version I have installed is beta 4, not sure whether that's the version I initially installed or it was auto-updated) for some time now and it works great for me, thank you! There is no pressuring reason for me to want a release version with the fix, so I was just wondering, is there anything blocking a public release of version 3.5 of the plugin with the fix? Thanks!

I have actually submitted the final version to the Play Store yesterday, and it has been under review since then. It sometimes takes several days until an app gets approved.

I'm getting this .pending problem with music files. Not using wifi, just whenever I copy a .flac or a .mp3 to a folder in internal storage. (It's OK with my SD card). Happens both with direct SD to internal transfers, and plugged in memory stick ro internal transfers.

I'm on v3.0, using Galaxy A71, with Android v13.

I cannot reproduce that. Can you give me step by step instructions on how to reproduce it? Here is what I tried:
1. Tested in Android 13 emulator
2. Set left folder to /storage/emulated/0/Download
3. Set right folder to /storage/emulated/0/Music
4. Select an mp3 file in the right folder
5. Clicked on copy button (second from the left in lower toolbar)
6. Clicked on copy
The result is a copy of the mp3 file in the Download folder. I also tried with a few other target folders.

Just realised I'm not on the latest version. Doesn't it update automatically?

It should when you installed from the Play Store, but not when you installed from our homepage.
Please try whether it still happens with the latest version.

Thanks for a quick response. I see you copied between two internal folders. Maybe it only does it when copying / moving in from outside, as I was.
