Problem with date of folders

I want to inform about the bug founded by me. At copying (flag copy date/time of directories is on) folders and the subsequent interruption of process date at the copied folders remains current. It occurs irrespective of, whether process of copying has been interrupted because of a mistake (so it and was found out) or manually. Probably set of dates for folders occurs after end of process of copying?

Sure, this is by design !

Due to M$ the date/time of folders on NTFS filesystems changes to the current date/time with each file you copy/modify at this folder.

Therefore you can successfully set the folder date/time at the end of any copy operation.
