[10.0] Configuration file issues running TC via usb stick

Hello.

Since v10 I am having issues running TC via usb stick (somewhat portable). When configuring and saving options, these aren't preserved when TC is ran again. Any ideas?

Sometimes it even "detects" my c:\totalcmd installation and reads config from there.

Is the following entry present in your wincmd.ini file under section [Configuration]?

See menu "Help" - "About Total Commander..." to find out where the file "wincmd.ini" is located.
If the specified entry does not exist, please complete it.

UseIniInProgramDir=
This variable will only be read if the wincmd.ini is located in the same dir as the program.
It must be put in wincmd.ini directly, RedirectSection has no effect on this variable.

It is the sum of the following values:
1: Use wincmd.ini in program dir if no other location is set via registry or parameters
2: Use wcx_ftp.ini in program dir if no other location is set via registry or parameters
4: Override registry settings (but not command line parameters)
