Something like "My Computer" in TC?

Post by *damjang »

Is there a function in TC that show all the drives with their free space(etc) in TC window? Something like "My Computer"?

:) Hello !
From the Tutorial >> 4. b >>> Totalcmd.inc >> Navigation
cm_OpenDrives=2122;My computer
Shows the content of your computer as a list of the drives, plus the system-folders.
- Use it for a button, an extra-entry in a menu, or in the Start menu…

:mrgreen: Kind regards,
Claude

Unfortunately you don't get the label of drives in this view.

That's not what I meant. If you press [alt]+[F1/F2] you can see beside the drive lettes the label of the drives. If you open 'My Computer' in Explorer you can see them, too, while TC does not display these labels with 'cm_OpenDrives'.

I thnk I understand you very well. Pls look at my Screenshot .

The goal is not to hide that TC doesn't shows the label but to see both the drive letter and the depending drive label.

As you can see in my screenshot it is already possible for each drive. But it is not for all drives in sum.
