Afer an extensive research in TC archives and forum, it seems to me tthat is no plugin to display media clips (mp4, mov, avi etc.) in TC 10 lister under Win 64. Or am I wrong?

Re: How to make lister display mp4 files
First of all in TC 10 you don't need any plugin to play media files.
Internal media player works good enough with various type of video and audio.
You need LAV Filters in "FILTER64" (or FILTER32 for 32-bit version) sub-directory of TC, to get it to work.
Get it here - https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases/
Download ZIP file and unpack to appropiate directory.
If it's not enough for you try MMedia Plugin - https://totalcmd.net/plugring/mmedia.html

Re: How to make lister display mp4 files
Thanks a lot for your advice and links. The insetion of LAV filters into FILTER64 folder occurred sufficient in my TC to display virtually any media clip. Cheers, very happy Marek
