FTP and Proxy

Post by *Xpoes »

Hi,
I use TC for uploading files to the web. So far, I've done this from my internetserver, but now I'd like to change that.
On my internetserver, I run a proxy, called eZproxy from Lavasoftware. It does support FTP transfers.
On one of the workstations, I installed TC in such a way, that the FTP uses HTTP proxy with FTP support. With that setting, I can download files from my web, but I can't upload them, although I can log on to my website. Does this make sense? Should I use one of the other FTP options?
Thanks,
Marcel

:) Hello Marcel, welcome on board !

¤ This sounds a bit familiar… You could see some replies & infos from the Author in this thread.

¤ From the Search, some others are found (HTTP+proxy as keywords) ;)

¤ Hoping it's helpful,

  Kind regards,
Claude

I did it..
I don't do this everyday, so I guess that I got a bit confused..
But it works now.
Thanks,
Marcel
