General Server Proxy for TC

I often change my Server Proxy manually not in OS.
Then I have change any FTP and WebDav item in TC.
Do it is possible to add a option to add a General Server Proxy for TC?

They both store the settings in text files (wcx_ftp.ini and tcwebdav.ini), so it should be a simple search and replace to use a new proxy.

Much more practical to have a setting in GUI.
