How to display contents of Windows shortcut?

Can TC show the contents of a Windows shortcut (link) in a meaningfully formatted way?

An ASCII view of the shortcut is not much use.

Use the LinkInfo plugin. You can also make use of the Shortcut plugin if you need the information in custom columns or TC's search function.
