MediaInfol.dll in TC x64

Does anyone know why MediaInfo.dll is not working on TC x64 version or is there any way to make it work?

What do you mean with "its not working" ?
You have to install a plugin like MediaInfo which uses the correct x64 version of the DLL
and configure a TC custom view.

bremaya: TC does not use MediaInfo.dll itself, it must be a plugin which uses it.
Please tell us which plugin you refer to.
