I'm not as long-time users as you guys, but here's my requests:
1. Hot-key based turn-on/-off horizonal scroll-bar... Much better for me then cool-tip when I want to see more than one long file in the pane;
2. Hot-key based paste path/filename into clipboard;
3. Unplug/eject a flash-disk drive;
4. Change my IP/Mask/Gateway from scroll-list or with some other aid. A luxury would even be to a short-cut to Window's "Lan Settings" window or better, some other aid.
My very own Feature Request

Hi ALexF,
Just some ideas but not always the good solution...
1° Try to make a button for Horizontal/vertical Change of pannel the command is :"cm_VerticalPanels"
2° Ex : Ctrl+Alt+X, cm_CopyNamesToClip
Ctrl+Alt+C, cm_CopyFullNamesToClip
3° Right Click on the Letter of your flash-disk drive >> Context menu >>> Eject...
4° Sorry : No Local menu for the Lan... Missing in TC ?
Hoping it can help you...

Maybe a buton with "ncpa.cpl" (for XP) "netcpl.cpl" (Win98) would help.AlexF wrote:4. Change my IP/Mask/Gateway from scroll-list or with some other aid. A luxury would even be to a short-cut to Window's "Lan Settings" window or better, some other aid.

Re: My very own Feature Request
Thanks... shortcut to ncap.cpl is not much help. I would like TC to aid in setting of IP/Mask/GW values (ie. from drop-down of previously entered values).Sheepdog wrote:Maybe a buton with "ncpa.cpl" (for XP) "netcpl.cpl" (Win98) would help.AlexF wrote:4. This doesn't work for me and my flash-disk - I get a TC error - perhaps that's because TC must move to another directory first and not reference the flash-disk.Sheepdog wrote:3° Right Click on the Letter of your flash-disk drive >> Context menu >>> Eject...
That's true, AFAIK. But that isn't a big problem, is it?perhaps that's because TC must move to another directory first and not reference the flash-disk.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
