I need bigger icon on the button bar for 2560 resolution

Hello. How can i make icons bigger on the button bar? They are too small on 2560 resolution. Thanks.

Configuration - Button bar - Appearance - Size
Small icons - uncheck

I can't find the "button bar" in configuration.

Thanks. But icons still too small for 14" notebook and 2560 resolution. Any chance to get an option to change the size?
