Feature Request: Add Tab Width in Lister Configuration form

TC lister config already provides settings for fonts and encodings and characters per line... but not tab width.
Tab width is a very basic setting and the default value of 8 is way too big.
Right now the only way to change it is the Lister.TabWidth INI setting but that requires manually editing the .ini.
Please add Tab Width to the lister config form.

From the one side I would agree that it is a useful setting, from the other side this is usually a one-time setting, I set once and then never change, so it may be wrong to waste dialog space for such setting.
