I now use EncryptOnClick with buttons in TC.

It can encrypt files or folders and has all option one may need.
I let KeePass fill the password fields into the dialog of EncryptOnClick.
This way its very easy to use.

is it full portable ?
but a new plugin unicode 256-bit AES encryption could be developed to integrate perfectly with tc even in portable mode ? or is it so hard?

Yes, from the readme:
To use EncryptOnClick on a USB key simply copy the following files to the USB device:
EncryptOnClick.exe
EncryptOnClick.exe.manifest
XceedZip.dll
