Create a shortcut in the (use) startup folder:

(At least in TC; they are shown in File Explorer and other file managers)
EDIT: Ah, I see: the text is different too. It's a home-made solution ..
- IN TC's command prompt, type the following and press ENTER
Code: Select all
cd %$STARTUP%
- In that folder right-click in the empty space and from the context menu choose New > Shortcut.
- Browse to your TOTALCMD64.exe and click OK
- Right-click the shortcut you just created
- From the context menu choose Properties
- Go to the Shortcut tab
- In the Run box, select Minimized
- OK
- Done!
