SSH WebDAV et al between Android and Windows

May be this is a bit off, may be not ... Anyway a solution would surely be a great help for a lot of users ...

Since a long timer I am trying transfer files to or from an android device installing a server on it an using Total Commander as a client on Windows.

Independent of using FTP, SSH, WebDAV, ... , nothing was working as expected for me, so I managed to access only the internal storage OR the MicroSD card. Or, with FTP, the file date, eg. date of file creation was changed. Or it worked only from a shell.

In short, I didn't find any solution although I tried various server and clients in various combinations.

Help and hints are warmly appreciated.

Maybe there is a pendant to the WLAN-Transfer App for Android or this could even be used also in combination with Windows?
