[TC10.50b3] Still http used instead of https

The following files contain a reference to http://www.ghisler.com instead of https://www.ghisler.com

Tested TC10.50b4:

• INSTALL64.INF (32+64-bit installer)
  still uses http instead of https
• INSTALL.INF (32-bit installer)
  one "s" too many in "url=httpss://www.ghisler.com"
• SIZE!.TXT is now OK but..
  the link in there points to https://www.ghisler.com/packed_download/ which contains a download link still using http instead of https.
  As a result downloading fails when using Opera browser.

Confirmed, the download link for the UPX-Packed version of Total Commander is fixed.

Found another one:

• TotalCommander.URL (64-bit installer)
  Contains link with http instead of https.
