In Windows 11, using F5 (copy) or F6 (move) takes a long time for the pop up to appear.
So I select some files, then press F6 and then I have to wait like 2 or 3 seconds for the pop up contextual window to appear.
This compared to when I was running Windows 10 when it used to appear immediately.
I also noticed that even though the window is slow to appear if I click F6 and then F2 right away the operation (queue) is carried out successfully once the contextual window appears.
Is there maybe some graphic UI settings I should deactivate in Windows 11 in order to avoid this?

- which TC version are you using?
- TC 32- or 64-bit version?
- very same TC version and same ini as on win10?
- does it matter where are the selected files located ( local C:\ ; usb-drive ; \\share ; virtual folder )

I'm using Windows 11 too, and don't have any such problems.
You can try to use process monitor from Microsoft to find out what's happening during these few seconds:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
If you want to send me a log file, please write down the EXACT time when you press F5 or F6, otherwise it would be almost impossible to find the right location in the log.

Re: In Windows 11, using F5 (copy) or F6 (move) takes a long time for the pop up to appear
1. In windows 11, it seems that the 3D card has some problem when it is working background. so if some programs like wallengineer are working, maybe lag. I close it, the responsible would be fast, include copy/move windows, or plugins windows...
2. If the dpisetting is checked, whenever any number, the windows behaver was slowly than none checked.
3. If the screen is too big even u must set a scale like 150% in monitor setting with windows system, it also slow a little...
why I know that? I had all of 3 points above.

2. Yes, I have to resize all the controls, which can take a while for very complex dialogs.
