TC and Norton AntiVirus

Post by *Boofo »

Can someone help me with the command line paramaters to have Norton AntiVirus scan whatever files I have tagged in TC? I have Norton AntiVirus in the button bar but it isn't scanning files inside zips and rars. Thanks in advance. ;)

Only in case NAV has command line parameter for list file processing (like "/@=" one AVPro/KAV have). Actually I tried to find it out once but not succeed %\.

Or you can use some external tool like L2M to "feed" listfile to NAV.

Button bur or user menu commands are not supposed to work with separate files located inside archives - you can only scan the whole archive %\.[/face]

Is there a way to have it scan inside archives? And scan all tagged files? Maybe I need to do it some other way? Thanks for responding to this, sir. ;)

Yes, I did read it. But I wasn't sure if there was a way to get it to scan inside archives by doing something other than the button bar or user menu. That's what I meant to ask. I can try L2M for feeding the list of files, like you ssuggested.
