Lister plugin SDK header file is missing the darkmode flags

The lister SDK manual lists the following new flags:
lcp_darkmode Total Commander is in dark mode
lcp_darkmodenative Windows 10/11 supports dark mode natively, e.g. for scroll bars

I've found them in the changelogs with 128 and 256 respectively, but they're not present in listplug.h.

Thanks for TotalCmd. I've been using it since the Win9x era, and it's the first program I install.

I ought to have been clearer. I meant that the Lister example plugin contains the file listplug.h, and it doesn't have those two constants. I didn't mean the .h listed in the .CHM.
