Lister bug

Lister is always maximized in my configuration.

If I press F3 on a multimedia file (*.mp3) the player starts. If I want to view it as binary (pressing 2) the lister is not maximized.

Actually it thinks it's maximized - the maximize widget button does only work after pressing it twice.
