Well, webm plays OK with LAV filters now.

However, there are many oddities with Unicode and font substitution for CJK, emoji etc. Some of them I have already reported, some other are getting curiouser and curiouser and I have only Windows 7 and Windows XP access for now, no Windows 10 for comparison.

CJK or emoji characters in path or filename.

There’s a problem only with emojis in their names.

I can confirm that Unicode doesn't work with webm files. I will try to find out the reason.
