OT file time is always 00:00:00

TC displays always as time 00:00:00. The date is set correctly, but it seems that the time is not. Explorer shows the same.

I'm using XP Pro SP1.

Any suggestions?

Please post the Windows Regional Settings for time here. I will try to experiment with it. One thought: you must set the 'Time separator' along with the 'Time format' or else it causes troubles.
I changed it to period, it worked im my TC.
XP SP1
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!
