TC 10.50 - Dialog "Change Attributes..." and put text value in the "Date"field

Incorrect processing of input data for the "Change Attributes..." dialog.
1) Open the "Files\Chasnge Attributes..." dialog.
2) Enter an incorrect text value in the "Date" and "Time" fields.
3) Press the "OK" button.
4) The message "WARNING!" appears.

This should be fixed in TC 10.51 RC1, please test it.

Tested OK using TC10.51rc1 32bit and 64bit.
