Yes, I can confirm that some of our resellers only deliver by e-mail. It is their choice to do this - they have to provide a new key if the customer loses it.

We ourselves prefer to also send a disk, for several reasons:
- CDs aren't as easily lost as electronic keys
- people order by fax, postal mail etc. and often don't give any e-mail
- legal reasons: we would have to charge EU VAT if we delivered by e-mail only to the EU
