After the setup of RC4 its show as digitaly signed
and the signature is checked as ok.

Not confirmed. I can see a digital signature (SHA256) for totalcmd64.exe as usual. Did you check the signature on an older system, or on Win7 that doesn't have one of the two SHA-2 updates installed? Systems without SHA-2 support can't see these signatures.
